Directions for Use: For External Use Only

1. Lie down in a supine position (horizontally with the face & torso facing up) with head slightly lower side.
2. Tilt up the tip of your nose with your middle finger and close one nostril with your thumb.
3. Hold breath (after deep inhalation) for a while and slowly administer 2 drops of Anu Thailam with a dropper in the open nostril near nasal-septum.
4. Continue breathing till the Thailam goes inside. Repeat the same procedure in another nostril.
5. Stay in the same position for 5 minutes with continuous deep breathing. Spit out excess Kapha, if any and gargle with lukewarm water, if required.
