All products sold on IAFA Ayurveda are 100% genuine. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.
In case of items received are different from those ordered or are defective,
We can refund payment for your ordered products only if you return them successfully within a week without any damage, so that we can sell them again. There will be no Refund especially if the products are returned by customer after a gap of 15 days from the date of parcel delivered to customer.
A return request may be raised with IAFA Ayurveda within 3-5 days of receiving the delivery, by contacting us with following details:

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website, we shall not be liable for any such payments issues.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped.
Your entire amount will be refunded.
