Dosage
Adults: Half teaspoon (2.5g approx) for one cup of tea twice in a day
Directions
Mix with a spoon before use. Use 2-3 gm or a half teaspoon for one cup (100ml) tea. Boil it for 3-4 minutes and strain and serve. You can add honey or jaggery as per taste. Best when consumed without sweetener. Don't drink water after consuming it if you need to drink warm water.
